Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Prescription eyewear (custom-made to your specifications)
  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund including delivery fees

Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  3. Send photos of the item (if defective/damaged)
  4. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  5. Ship the item back to our address (we'll provide details)

5. Return Shipping

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

6. Refund Process

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Inspection: 2-3 business days
  • Refund approval: 1 business day
  • Refund to your account: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. If this is not possible, we will arrange an alternative method (bank transfer) with you.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you get the product you want as quickly as possible.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned after the 7-day window (at our discretion)
  • Items not in original condition or with missing parts
  • Items with obvious signs of use
